Aug 11, 2025 - It was a 3 hour drive from Deb's to our next campground, Knob Noster State Park. Knob Noster is 25 minutes from Sedalia and the Missouri State Fair. Becky and Darrell are here to camp with us for the first time!
Yay! Beck & Darrell are here!
More fire ball shots?

While we were sitting at our campsite three B-2 bombers flew right over us! Whiteman Air Force base is adjacent to Knob Noster SP and is the sole operator of the B-2's
Kev finally got to use his baby chain saw to chop up some firewood.

Aug 12, 2025 - This morning Kev and I went for a bike ride around the park and found a nice trail, the Spirit Trail, that connects two sections of the park. Next we headed back to the State Fair for lunch and more fair fun.

Back at the fair. UG and Kev are checking out the massive tractor
AG and I split a huge plate of poutine (Missouri style, with tater tots instead of fries...but still good)
UG was happy to find a turkey leg
and after an hour of munching on it, it looked like this

It was a bit hot today, but the fans help!
Aug 13, 2025 - Today we decided to hang around the campground. We rented kayaks for $11 for 2 hours and did some fishing (not catching). Later in the afternoon we walked to the Visitors Center.
